Save The Dates

Picture

I originally was going to hand-make all the save the date magnets. I have a scrapbook cutting machine and was determined to make use of it to create our STD's, and I even bought paper and magnet strips to make them. However, time was not on my side and I came across this design at Magnet Street that I loved and they were having a sale. Even though it cost me more than it would of to make them myself, saving the time was definitely worth it.

Invitations

Photos of the actual invitations are coming soon, but for now here are some elements of the design I created for them. I couldn't find invitations online that I was happy with, so I opted to design my own! I used Adobe Photoshop CS3, and I purchased all my supplies at CardsandPockets.com. They also did all my printing of materials, which was a longer process than anticipated because the color scheme came out differently than I had originally hoped for. The project ended up being more expensive than I had expected and very time consuming, but I got a lot of great compliments and it's something I'm proud of when it's all said and done.

I also designed the table numbers and placed them in small silver frames

Programs

Again, I decide to design the programs, and this was a super last minute project that I'm lucky got finished. It was literally the Wednesday/Thursday before the wedding and I was up until the wee hours of the morning designing, printing, and cutting them out. I have my husband's sisters to thank for saving me on this project. One of his sisters spent 5 hours at my house helping put stuff together, and if it weren't for her I don't think I would have ever finished! Once again we used paper from CardsandPockets.com, and ribbon came from Michaels. Will take photos of it soon, but here's a photo someone took of the cover of it at the wedding:
